Type of project: Turnkey project of MPS II (Mercedes Presentation System II) with Mercedes Benz India

Challenge addressed: Involved design, ordering, and import of Mercedes Benz Presentation System from several suppliers in Germany & China and their distribution, installation, and after-sales support across all showrooms across 20 cities in India, with a total material value in excess of ₹30 Mio.

PROJECT 4S WITH MITSUBISHI, BANGLADESH

Type of project: Transformation of retail operations in infrastructure, processes, and manpower

Challenge addressed: This ambitious project with Rangs Group, distributors of Mitsubishi passenger vehicles, transformed their retail operations to match Mitsubishi global standards in the areas of infrastructure, processes, and manpower.

PROJECT WITH JIPCO-DISTRIBUTORS FOR MERCEDES BENZ KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

Type of project: Simplification of process documents

Challenge addressed: Integrated Mercedes Benz Distributor Retail Standards (DRS) into the documentation and assisted them in their ISO re-certification. The project resulted in creating buy-in across teams and successful re-certification of the ISO audit.
