We provide management consulting, executive coaching, team and leadership development, assessment centre, HR Partnering, and outbound training programs. All services require formal agreements. No employment or agency relationship is created.

Users agree to use the Website lawfully and not to harm, disrupt, or access unauthorized systems.

Intellectual Property
All Website content and materials are owned by CATS Academy India and cannot be used without permission.

Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential information private and use it only for agreed purposes.

Fees and Payment
Service fees are as per agreements and payable in Indian Rupees or as agreed.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for services.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

User Cancellations
Full refund if cancelled 7 days in advance before program start.
50% refund if cancelled 2 days before.
No refund after program start or content access.
Company Cancellations
Full refund processed within 5–6 working days if we cancel or postpone.
Refund Processing
Refunds processed within 3–4 working days. A 20% administrative fee applies unless cancellation is by us.
Non-Refundable
No refunds for virtual programs after access, custom client-specific programs, or subscriptions unless stated.
Refund Requests
Submit written requests to learning@academy-cats.com with all participant details.
