14 Dialogues of Leadership Excellence is a wholesome leadership development program for organizations seeking sustainable, result-oriented, inclusive and innovative leadership development. This intervention involves progressive learning through generous sharing within the peer group and facilitates the synthesis of individual ideas into group understanding.

LEADING IN UNPREDICTABLE TIMES
VUCA is an acronym used to describe Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity &Ambiguity of general
conditions and situations.
The notion of VUCA was first introduced by the U.S. Army War College to describe the more volatile,
uncertain, complex and ambiguous multilateral world which resulted from the end of the Cold War
- Volatility : Nature and speed of change, things change suddenly and extremely
- Uncertainty: Lack of predictability, critical information is not known, one is doubtful and unclear about the present situation and future outcomes
- Complexity: Interaction and coordination of various internal and external forces, different stakeholders, many different yet connected parts, multiple key decision factors
- Ambiguous: Open to more than one interpretation, the meaning of an event can be understood in different ways
Leading in Unpredictable Times (LUT) is an advanced leadership program developed with
a clear focus to equip organizational leaders with an effective toolbox to counter some of the cut-throat challenges
posed by the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) business environment.
This program aims at providing guidance
to top management in important strategic challenges like unpredictable situations, execution gaps, spotting and retaining
talent, qualitative manpower development, engaging in crucial conversations etc. This program is highly customer-focused
and induces a practical approach through its unique delivery and training methodology. LUT is structured around 3 full-day modules and can be administered to a leadership cluster of up to 15 leaders.
